Hey nige the tool didnt work, at the mo its held on with a g clamp! heehee! yesterday i stuck it all bak together minus the airintake and wiring up the choke, it ran beautifully but water leaked from a flange! i replaced it then found water also leaking from the rad! ooops i've ordered a new one and hopefully it'll work without fuss! in the mean time i'm gonna go and fix the old radiator! see you soon folks! s

ok!!! I've fixed the (HUGE) hole in the rad with chemical metal (absobloodylutely marvellous stuff) stuck it all together, adjusted the idle speed and took is for a quick spin, bearing in mind the exhaust is held on with a g clamp i thought it best that i dont take it too fast. that said it made very easy work of 70mph and that was in 4th at low revs, its so amazingly torquey, just pulls! I'm loving it, now for the personal touches..... HEHE
see you tuesday! s

i have just bought a Porsche Cayman R rear bumper, i am going to use it to extend my existing rear bumper so it sits around my exhaust. i will do a simlar thing to my front bumper when i have the money and have decided on a design.

erm today I looked at the van, nothing more, nothing less. Yesterday sold the chav wagon polo. Well it takes a lot of skill and judgement to look at any vehicle, let alone a van. i take it some head scratching was involved, not to mention the odd erm.... and ah... and Oh thats it! s
