Got back from work early nice and sunny made a start getting the wind screen out. I was worried about this because of the state of the old rubber seemed damp and rotten I didn't know what I was going to find underneath! What I did find was a tiny bit of surface rust and no problems!!!! It just keeps getting better I love this van!!! Got it rubbed down and primed. Dark clouds roll in Unfortunately rain stops play. Iv got the new rubber on order I take it it's a two man job getting the window back in? __________________

windows ent my thing! Conna is a ledge! I'll have a nose in my brain but yeah i'm positive they are solex carbs, you sure its a 1600? I'm guessing its more likely to be a 1700-2000. the type fours are that size usually. Where abouts are you? if i can, i'll pop over and have a nose, there's no rush tho yeah? I mean you wont be using it for a while? Steve
