OK guys...the Big Bang thread seems to have dried up a bit!

So, as we're fast approaching the coming weekend, lets get sorted!!

First of all, who's coming to Big Bang and when?

Friday - Sunday?

Saturday - Sunday?

Just Saturday?

Just Sunday?


Do people who are camping from the Friday want to convoy over together? If so, what time will you be able to go?

I reckon we could get away by 4.30pm (possibly earlier if I can swing it with the boss!!!).
However, if other people can't make it till a bit later, we're happy to wait for them.

Let us know.

If you do want to get there together on the Friday, thought maybe the Kettering peeps could meet up at Hobson's Choice, then meet us Irthlingborough/Higham folks in a layby on the Rushden A6 Bypass (it's quite a long one...oooh-er missus!! ).

If we go on the back roads through Wymington and Podington, you do tend to avoid the queues coming from Wellingborough/Wollaston.

Anyway, I appeared to have waffled on for quite some time...so PLEASE let us know your thoughts.

Sounds like a good plan
Me and some mates are going and setting up on the friday after school
but then i'm working in the office on the saturday so won't be camping on the Friday night, just setting up, and shall go straight up there from work at 4 o clock on the saturday and hopefully onto the track
Will then be staying the saturday night & sunday
Are you guys going in the general camping??
This is all providing i get my car back by then!!

I'm considering going but I've got a mate that works for the marquee firm down there and he says, there's no big tents going up, just the beer tent. Does this mean the entertainment is gonna be minimal? cos £30 is a lot of wonga for 2 nites campin eh?

Big Bang is a smaller event than Bug Jam...so possibly there won't be the big tops going up. However, there are live bands/discos/comedy shows going on over the weekend.

right we decided ;D sat & sun we have a few things that have to be sorted on the friday (if we don't sort it now, it won't get done moments )
