Firstly if its under warranty don't touch it, some newer diesels have a governor for the engine which is opened up after a certain number of miles by the manufacture, at the time of the appropriate service. I know Mercedes do this on some of there commercial models. It could affect the warranty if say the engine blew up as a result etc. ( a little extreme example but they could even just refuse outright to service it)
Ask Jon/muskrat for advice

Its just a new company policy, "all vans to be limited to 60mph." He is one of the first to get one of the new vans that are limited............ And with all the miles he does he's not impressed!!

Hi mate, i know most new injection pumps you cannot do anything with as they are high pressure pumps and there is no adjustment. Most limiters fitted in commercial vehicles are electronic and a lot of my mates are truck drivers and tell me that they just remove the fuse. ( not recommended) as you never know what else that fuse controls, but i will make some enquiries for you mate. See yer.
