Would love to sign up...But my shift pattern and lack of transport puts a downer on that idea. I did TKD when i was a kid which was fun, And my uncle used to teach Shotokan in Dunstable in his hey day.

i used to go to the Corby one, but since getting a place and working silly shifts i cant go,

also i am laying low as Alex B will kick my ass as i have not been going lol

just do it, i loved it when i was there.
