Just spent 45 minutes on the phone to them!!!! 
Got through first time...then got cut off!!!
Waited on the phone for a further 15mins to get through again!
I'd had bills (Gas and Electricity) saying we were in debit by over £400!!!
Couldn't believe that was possible!
Anyway, it transpires that we are actually over £600 in credit!!!!
Told them to send me a cheque, as I don't see why they should have my money (earning interest) in their account, when it should be in mine!!
Aaaaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
Anyway, all sorted now!
