Is the gauge an 1/ electrically operated type ;D Or 2/ an mechanical operated type Karl let me know if its the second one, so that I can buy it off you via Ebay That way, I can then leave you a negative feedback saying it doesn't work

HAHAHA seriously though, if its electronic the wire goes to a seperate sender unit. if its mechanical the wire/tube (well it is actually a wire) should have a bulb-y bit on the end which is like a thermocouple, i say F^ck these know-it-all buyers!!!! HAHA

with another look, if it were electronic it would need more wires, it would have a live a feed and a light, yours has a light (earth is the earth or negative) and the sender thingy I think the guy is right! What make is it? s
