Hi dude, i have fitted two now and they are not to bad to fit, i fitted one too Animalbuses bay with no probs. You get a wiring diagram with the kit, basically you remove all wiring and the external regulator, remove the dynamo but you do have to lift the fan housing a little to get clearance for the fan to be removed over the dynamo tower/oil filler housing, build up the alternator with fan mounting plates supplied and fit the alternator assembly the same way the you remove the dynamo. I think you get a new mounting as i sure from memory a alternator does not fit on a dynamo one, but if it does,nt you should get one with kit, make sure you space the fan correctly as it will catch the back of the fan housing. The wiring is straight forward, there are only two wires used on a alternator one big cable that goes on the big terminal of the alternator and the other end the positive terminal of the battery, the other wire goes to small terminal and you pick the ignition feed for this from the original wire that fed the external regulator that is only live with the ignition switched on and extend this to your new alternator. I hope this helps and if you need any more help just get in touch.
