 Im looking to lower my polo about 50mm, a full jamex spring and shocks kit....i was wondering whether this was a relatively simple mod to do, or whether changing springs and shocks is a big job. any help would be greatly appreciated cheers Jason

do you have the full kit ie coils over shocks at the moment?
if they are all in place then its a simple case of swapping the old shocks and springs for new ones.
if they aren't together at the moment you will need a coil spring compressor.
should be easy.
