Seat fittings

So a previous owner has replaced the seat fittings, the seats that are in my bug are too big for it.

So i bought some amazingly new looking stock seats (cheers lodoswhar). So heres whats happened.

On the passenger side the fittings have been welded on the original fittings so pretty mashed up.


On the drivers side, the seat fittings have been bolted down and the rail box has been chopped off



so can i see some original seat fittings so i know what to take off and what to keep on, and what i need to replace. And i guess welding is the weapon of choice for the drivers side

Do you know if i can buy the circled part?

vw heritage, www.vwheritage.com list floorpan halves with t shape runners or c shape runners or 3 point set runners, so im guessing yes, can't quite see in the picture in my book.

best bet is give them a call/have a look on the site for your model year.
