Funny how Nigel from Campervan Crisis, me and Steve from Beetle Crisis 1 and one of the guys from Beetle Crisis 2 (on soon) are all from Cov..... must be something to do with the fact that the production company are from there..... lazy so and so's ;D ;D

Yep, last year. I am trying to get Steve to put some heating in it so I can bring it over to the club after the NEC show (it's next outing...)

It was about 2/3 down Madera, with a load of Cal lookers. We did get there late..... Mainly because of having to stop every 5 miles to do a bit of filming.... I tell you, that Bug would have been ready 2 months earlier if it wern't for the film crew.... Same with Nigels Bus, the first day of filming on Camper Crisis, the film crew buggered off for 2 hours for lunch, telling Nigel and 3-4 other people who were there only for the day not to do anything major in the strip down process!!! The bit in that one where we take the engine out in 2 mins was a complete setup, we had already had it out 30 mins earlier My perception of reality TV is totally diferent now......

Just a quick question, did Nigel take out a small moragage to finish the work on his van? It did cost rather alot.... I think the engine was about £10k in the end. I think the diference between Nigels Bus and our Bug was that the Bug was just a project for the show, whereas the Bus was Nigel's pride and joy, hence the desire to spend spend spend....
