its standard at the moment, I'm planning to drop it 100mm and add 15" Banded Steelies, sweet sound system and a new paint job eventually. I'm considering a matte black bonnet as the lacquer is peeling but not sure if it will ruin the car. Attachments:

As to Matt blacking the car, this is easier then spraying the car gloss, just DON'T USE BLACKBOARD PAINT, if your going to do this use proper automotive paint, Blackboard paint contains sold matting agents, such as fine sand, or ground powers. These give a 100% Matt finish with a ruff texture, which is great if your a teacher who wants to use there car as a mobile blackboard ;D, but not great for anyone else. Due to the sold matting agents these paints are highly porous and will encourage rust, as it will hold moisture directly between the paint layer and the metal. As to ruining the car, if you use automotive car finishes, then no problem these can be stripped, sanded or even painted directly over should you wish to have the car resprayed. Personally I would recommend ether a Eggshell or stain finish, true 100% Matt, shows everything, rain tear stains, grease, fingerprints etc, the finish also ages very quickly and looks shabby after only a year or so. The above can be mixed by a automotive paint factors, and basically uses a solid clear thick lacquer called Base matting agent, which when added to the colour literary takes the gloss out of the paint and turns it Matt.
But make sure you prep the car well, before attempting any paintwork, Gloss or Matt. In the case of peeling lacquer these areas will need to be strip sanded or chemically stripped back to remove the flaky unstable paint layer, plus I'm sure you'll also find that areas have soft spots in the clear coat, which are not completely keyed to the solid colour coat but as of yet have not started to lift.
