What gloss white ? Me personal, i would get some primer from poundland then only when its bone dry, i'd spray it with appliance white paint, bit pricey but its tougher stuff, plus if you do the white primer you won't use as much with your final coat, Same rules don't hold it too close 20-30 cms away, quick straight strokes with blasts Good luck and go for it, it's not a big job be confident

primer from poundland!!! are you crazy a mate said to use plastic primer but it may make the items thicker or sumik!! you say appliance paint what is that? how much do you reckon the cost will be to spray both items? would i need to rub both down? cheers bud also how many layers? 1 of primer 1 of paint? 1 of laquer?

Paint the plastic with Grey cellulose primer, and then a acrylic top cote of the correct colour, if there is nothing wrong with the eyebrow than leave well alone Now for the bottom grill stripe is this on plastic or metal, again gray primer, white high build primer if needed and then correct colour paint code top coat, I'd use the HYCOTE from Wilcos for this there good little cans for small jobs and they soon set in this weather. As to plastic primer on plastic forget it, your paying for ignorance. Cellulose thinners (Xylene) eats plastic for breakfast, and so as advised by Mr Bus, Gray or white (high build) from Poundland is the way to go, ether of these or any other cellulose based paint will self-etch onto the ABS (Plastic, not braking) parts that you want to spray, just don't go at like a bull in a china shop, nice light coats of primer, as runs are not an option LOL AND FINALLY REMEMBER PREP WORK IS EVERYTHING.

WHS^^^^ also, a nice fine wet and dry between coats, 1500 would be ok and then when finished use a finishing compound preferably with a DA. what colour white is your golf?
