As you all know i have a mk2 golf. At the min im on 120mm coilover wound right down and 13" golf steelies with 165 60 r13 tyres. As you can amagine im pretty low at the min but i realy want to be as low as posibal. Im hearing alot about chassis nouching and all that kinda thing but i have no driveshaft knocking or anything like that to make me do that. Apart from the bone crunching ride its not to bad haha. Im just wondering if anyone knows of any small things i can do like cutting this or getting rid of that that i could do to get it just a few cm;s lower than iam. I only have another inch and a half from the floor to the splitter at the front but just seeing if anyone knows of any little tweeks i can make to get it on its a*se. Thanks guys

Get a G60 splitter, mine isn't as low as yours and that scrapes everytime there's a bounce in the road

HEHE why must the finger point at me? My dad's driving a car lower than mine! UM. Short of top caps and lower profile tyres, i guess, air? Fast65 is likely to be your guy as he's had very low MK2's in the past i believe.

Yep ask Steve 66, he knows all about lowered Golfs plus I do a great line in government surplus life jackets , No you'll not actually need one of these to save your life , however it does give great physiological support to the overwhelming feeling of sea sickness you'll be experiencing, while rowing in the north Atlantic, I mean driving your car.
