Heard a couple of people on here talking about having their insurance with Footman James...are they any good?
I've always been with Adrian Flux and found them quite competitive. Mine at the mo is costing £249 fully comp and that includes full Uk and European breakdown cover.
In my experience, getting insurance for a car that most companies hadn't even heard of was a pain in the hole.

I found Adrian Flux a pile of poo- when I tried to cancel my insurance they pee peeed about for a couple of months so Iphoned to complain and they told me to cancel my direct debit... Then I got a call thretening court action if I didn't pay them what they were unable to collect- I finally got it cancelled after 5 months!!!!

Broker Quoteline Direct,
Insurance with Highways.
Price £365.00 fully comp, with agreed value, if you think that sounds a lot, well my Mk2 is group 21, due to being a 16v model. But compared to what Churchill's wanted , £1600.00 for over 30's only, no named drivers, me sole driver etc, its seems quite reasonable.
However,if you tend to use your vehicle during the summer only for shows, and pleasure, then there some very good deals out there. My jeep insurance only ever cost me £105.00 a year, and that was unlimited mileage, and had European driving cover automatically, with an agreed value of £7500.00
