Just fitted one of these to my T2.

Took a numpty like me about 15 minutes to do, and now changing gear is soooooooooooo sweeeeeeet!!
No more flopping around trying to find 2nd gear, it's very positive. They claim upto 40% less play - for me at least it's a lot more than that. The trigger release for reverse is great too.
Makes a great difference on mini-roundabouts etc., when trying to steer and change gear at the same time!!
Tools required - 1 x 13mm socket and some grease. 2 bolts to undo. Thats it.
Only downside - 1st is now very close to the handbrake - so I have to watch my knuckles!
Recommended to anyone who doesn't have one.
