GTi spring festival

Yes I know its H20, ;D but if there is anyone remotely interested ,then the Gti spring meet at Santa Pod is on this weekend, I'm more or less going and so are a few other members. On the cards is Track racing (no I'm not doing that) but there are trade stalls, and plenty of nice water cooled dubs to look at, and watch some of the more adventuress owner's race there motors.

Well I had a great time today, but to hot and not enough shade unfortunately. Took plenty of pic's with the old SLR with my long lens ;D(over 50 in fact ) so will post some next week. I did however shy away from having a sprint down the quarter mile myself, maybe next year . mrafwo was also there with his video camera as well so ask him nicely and he my show you some of the footage. Some very nice motors, and some fairly quick ones too, plus a few air cooled as well, including a very low Bug which had been entered into "Show & Shine" which looked strangely familiar ;D

all in all it was a good day out, a little on da hot side but hey, im not moanin. plenty of very nice dubz parked up and flying up da trak. yep i gotz some video footage plus a whole bunch of fotoz.
