Today i turned the engine on the bug for first time in about 8 weeks. Freed up the brakes and drove round block a few times. I got nearly all the body panels needed and now. just need to do the drive, Which we now have been given the ok by the council. So I'll be taking all your offers to help up very soon!! ;D ;D ;D

i am having a custom RSI grab handle made from Aircraft grade aluminium to replace the plastic one i have, also matching steering wheel inserts.
i have also found a set of Audi TT Mk2 defroster vents for the top of the dash which will look good,
awaiting the arrival of my front bumper so i can do the filling of the indicator appatures and general cleaning up.
